I have just joined Substack invited by my long term friends Dr Mike Broadly and Dr Mehmet Yildiz, two experienced scientists with deep health and wellness focus. They inspired me to share my decades of psychiatry and psychotherapy experiences and volunteered to mentor me in this exciting journey. I am grateful to these two though leaders, researchers, and practitioners.

As a retired psychiatrist and psychotherapist with decades of experience, I’ve had the privilege of helping countless individuals navigate life’s challenges, discover inner strength, and develop resilience.
