Your eyes are oceans where I drown,
A tempest serenity, a velvet crown.
They break the walls so carefully laid,
While the hidden colors are inlaid.
Deep inside, the fire lights,
My private desires burn in the night.
Each glare a flame, a hushed welcome,
They connect my soul and let it go.
They speak of love so real, so raw,
Of pain-ridden paths that made us two.
A silent plea, a quiet curse,
Hearts are reborn under the heavens.
No words when they look bring headaches,
They blend me into tender mists.
In every look, I sense hotness;
A language born of pure desire.
Your eyes, they possess what I yearn for,
Their silence is louder than I talk.
In them, I see myself fully—
The mirror to my tethered soul.
Forever gone, I’ll lovingly travel,
In their depths, I’ve found my home.
