Intermittent fasting is quite a popular dietary strategy at the moment.
There is a sense that one can follow this structure of eating and as a consequence, attain a leaner, healthier physique, which does not require the restriction of calories or the term (which I really don’t like) “calorie counting”.
But is it really the case that intermittent fasting is not about calories?
