You will need to rewrite your strategy more often than you think — because the assumptions behind it are always partially wrong.
Markets shift. Customers surprise you. And sometimes, your own choices change the rules.
That’s why evolving strategy isn’t a weakness — it’s the only way to stay relevant.
Build feedback into your strategy from day one. Otherwise, you’re just guessing louder over time.
