I Experimented with 2 Ways and Gained Great Results in a Month
In the past few months, I don’t know, but my hair was very dull and fell a lot while combing, shampooing, or even doing nothing with my hair, still hair gets on my clothes, bed, or even on the floor.
I even cut my hair so many times, because of the hair fall. Before, my hair was long and shiny, but after a few years, my hair was not like before anymore.
After having severe hair fall, I have finally decided to try a natural remedy to cure my hair fall.
I wanted to use a remedy that is easy to use, but most importantly ingredients must be easy to get.
After so much research, I have learned about the fenugreek benefits for hair and its link with hair health.
After researching, I have started to use this remedy, and to my surprise the result was good on my hair, and I’m still using it.
Researchers have been studying fenugreek links to hair health, but not clear yet.
Although fenugreek has been used in ancient remedies for medicinal purposes, and for hair health in Egypt, India and China.
What Is Fenugreek and How Is It Good For Hair Health?

Fenugreek seeds and leaves both is mostly used for cooking and also used for medicinal purposes.
Fenugreek is not only good for hair health but also has potential health benefits for overall well-being.
Fenugreek is rich in fiber, iron, magnesium, protein, choline and vitamin B6.

2 Effective Remedies of Fenugreek
1. Fenugreek Hair Mask
Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Fenugreek (Adjust according to your hair volume and length)
- 1 ½ Cup Water (For heating)
Process
- Take a small bowl, add fenugreek and wash it properly.
- Then add water and soak overnight.
- Next day, take a pan or pot as you like, add the fenugreek along with its water in it. Add more cups of water.
- Let it simmer for 10 -15 minutes on a low flame.
- After a few minutes, close the flame. Let it cool down for a while.
- Then use a hand blender or masher to lightly mash the fenugreek, but not fully.
- Then strain the water from the fenugreek and leave that water aside for a while for another use.
- Now mash the fenugreeks properly with a hand blender or in a blender until they become a thick paste. Add a little water according to the thickness.
How to apply
Apply this mask properly to your hair. After applying, keep it for at least 30 minutes.
You will experience itchiness after applying, which is normal, no need to worry.
After 30 minutes, wash your hair properly with shampoo. Dry your hair properly and comb your hair; the other remnants of fenugreeks will come out while combing. Use this mask at least once a week.
2. Fenugreek Toner
Ingredients
- Fenugreek Water
- 1 or 2 Vitamin E capsules
Process
- Use the same fenugreek water that has been strained from fenugreek seeds.
- Add a vitamin E capsule oil by cutting the top with the scissors or popping it with a pin.
- Mix it well and put it in a spray bottle or any empty bottle you have.
How to apply
After drying your hair, use a generous amount of toner in your hair and massage it with your fingertips on your scalp. Then dry your hair. To moisturize your hair, use aloe vera gel or any oil (coconut and almond).
How to store
In summer, keep this toner in the fridge, and in winter, keep this toner at room temperature. Store it for 2 weeks. The toner can have a bad smell as days pass, so try to finish before 1 month and make a fresh batch again for 2 weeks.
My Experience After Using Remedies
I have been using it from September till now. I must say, because of this remedy, I got an impressive result. My hair is now silky and has less hairfall than before. Though it takes time but it’s worth it.
