I am a firm believer of this and upon further research I have gained profound knowledge.
What is the Karmic System?
Karmic System is often described as a cosmic balance mechanism which states, in simple words, that every action has a reaction. Whatever we do in our lives and give out to the world, either good or bad, it eventually comes back to us as a reward or punishment.
According to Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism, Karma keeps the spiritual balance and order in the world.
How the Karmic System Works?
1.Action: Our every thought, intention, and physical action creates energy which is the starting point of the process.
For example, if someone is helping his classmate in homework without anything in return but out of pure generosity, this creates positive karmic energy. Whereas, spreading a bad rumors about someone gives out bad karmic energy.
2. Accumulation: Karmic energy does not give us immediate results. It accumulates over time in form of patterns and tendencies. These are karmic impressions.
Let me explain it through an example,
Someone is a kind, patient, and honest person and he stays like this for the rest of his life so what happens is that he creates patterns for himself which are good ones. And these good patterns lead to building of trust and confidence amongst people regarding him. He will have solid relationships and even flourishing career.
Whereas, someone who is constantly negative and is a lier.He will lose people in his life over time.
So this is how karmic cycle accumulates.
3. Results: The process starts and then accumulates, and then gives us the results, it will either be a good fruitful one or a rotten one depending upon our actions, thoughts, and intentions.
Types of Karma
Past Karma: It is the result of what you did in the past and now you are bearing the fruit.
Present Karma: It is the Karma we are creating for us by doing positive actions in what we are doing in our lives.
Future Karma: It will be the result of what actions we are taking today. Either they will set us for life or ruin us for life.
As a Muslim, I strongly believe in the term called Makafat E Amal. Which also means that our actions have consequences. What we will sow, we will reap.
Regardless of religion, one must remain steadfast and focus on doing good for others. This will not only keep our lives happy and peaceful but also of others around us and as it accumulates, it will create a peaceful world for all.
