Adam Regiaba Is the CEO & Chairman of the Board, Upfront Inc. , Founder & Main Donor, FentanylSolution.org, Executive Leader | Systems Thinker | Writer | Policy Advocate

Adam Regiaba is a senior executive, systems thinker, and writer whose work sits at the intersection of leadership, public health, technology, and social responsibility. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Upfront Inc., where he leads strategy focused on integrated mental health, behavioral health, and systems-level care coordination.

Adam is also the founder and main donor of FentanylSolution.org, a nonprofit organization dedicated to addressing the fentanyl crisis through public education, research, and evidence-based policy advocacy. His philanthropic leadership helped fund one of California’s most comprehensive statewide surveys on fentanyl awareness, overdose accountability, and legislative preferences—contributing to public dialogue and policy efforts surrounding Alexandra’s Law and California’s Proposition 36.

Across both his executive and philanthropic work, Adam is driven by a belief that meaningful progress requires structure, continuity, and accountability. Rather than focusing on fragmented or reactionary solutions, his work emphasizes systems that support long-term outcomes for individuals, families, and communities.

As a writer, Adam is a contributor to Illumination, one of Medium’s top-ranked publications. His essays explore artificial intelligence workflows, leadership communication, emotional discipline, societal change, and the unseen work that precedes sustainable growth. His writing is grounded in lived experience, operational leadership, and real-world experimentation rather than abstraction.

Adam’s work on artificial intelligence focuses on responsible and disciplined use. He documents real-world AI workflows to clarify where technology enhances thinking—and where it undermines judgment. His perspective challenges the assumption that speed equals progress, particularly in systems that affect human lives.

In addition, Adam is the author of the Integrated Continuum Care Act (ICCA) series, which outlines a systems-based framework for reforming mental health and substance-use treatment in California. The ICCA work reflects his broader commitment to continuity of care, accountability across agencies, and policies that align clinical reality with legislative intent.

Professionally, Adam holds certifications in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and applies systems thinking across healthcare-adjacent organizations, technology operations, and complex service environments. His leadership philosophy centers on clarity, ethics, and sustainable impact.

In parallel with his writing and policy work, he actively combine Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with artificial intelligence to build practical, real-world systems inside operating companies. This work culminated in the development of Intellasure.ai, a platform that is now in beta after more than two years of software development.

Intellasure.ai is currently used internally across our organization to support operational intelligence, workflow automation, and decision support, serving as a connective layer between data, process, and human judgment. At its core, the platform centralizes and pipelines disparate data sources into a single, structured system, organizing information in a way that supports decision-making across healthcare environments—from large hospital systems to outpatient practices such as dental offices. Rather than replacing people, the system is designed to reduce friction, surface risk early, and allow teams to focus on higher-value thinking, accountability, and care continuity.

Through Upfront Inc., FentanylSolution.org, and his writing, Adam continues to advance the idea that clarity is a discipline and that real progress requires patience, structure, and honest reflection.
