Business Strategy Consultant
Hi, I’m Svyatoslav Biryulin. I spent over a decade as a CEO in private companies across Eastern Europe and Central Asia, mostly in manufacturing and trading. At one point, I was leading a business with more than 3,600 employees. So yes, I’ve been in the thick of it.
Since 2016, I’ve been working independently as a strategy consultant. I help executive teams think clearly, focus on what really matters, and get results — without drowning in endless slides and buzzwords. My work has taken me to the EU countries, Serbia, Dubai, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Thailand, and beyond.
I’ve also been a board member since 2012, often chairing strategy committees. A couple of recent examples: Ecoton+ in Kazakhstan and AGS Trading in Dubai.
I hold an MBA in Strategic Management and completed the Certified Director program at the Institute of Directors in London — though honestly, most of what I’ve learned came from real-life business challenges, not classrooms.
I live in a small, beautiful country – Slovenia.
