Dr António Alberto da Silva Francisco is senior consultant in development, governance, and political economy, with over 40 years of experience in applied research, strategic consulting, and institutional advisory. My work is rooted in the fields of socioeconomic and demographic development, and draws from extensive engagement with academic, governmental, and civil society institutions in Mozambique. I’ve led high-level studies on poverty, public finance, population dynamics, gerontogrowth, domestic demand, and natural resource governance, always combining methodological rigour with insights designed to inform policy and drive inclusive development.
