Hi. I’m Keith Williams, founder of Nom@d Learning. On my website, I write about topics related to leadership, management, team building, and developing essential soft skills.
Since February 2024, I have primarily focused on widening my online reach by publishing articles on Medium and Substack exploring topics like leadership, creativity, mindfulness, and psychology.
My aim is to deliver actionable insights that inspire personal and professional growth.
For me, storytelling is about uplifting and empowering others.
Through short tales, whether fictional or from real lives of grit and grace, I explore the fear of imperfection, the challenges we all face in our daily lives, and finding our purpose even in hard times.
My hope is that by highlighting lessons from both victory and struggle, the stories can offer fresh perspectives and refuel your optimism.
We all have seasons when it’s an effort just to keep going. But how you choose to meet obstacles is what really defines you, in my view.
This journey of growth is lifelong; I’m constantly learning from people’s diverse paths, just as others may learn from mine.

I am an accomplished digital learning specialist with over 30 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, quality assurance, and managing training and e-learning programmes.
I have worked across industries including government, education, legal, and corporate sectors, both in the UK and Australia.
I have facilitated training programmes for some of the top 500 Fortune companies, including Exxon Mobil, BMW, Bosch, AXA, American Express, and National Australia Bank.
I have a passion for using technology to enhance learning and improve people’s capabilities.
My expertise spans blended and online course design, learning resource development, LMS administration, video production, WordPress website design, and training facilitation. I am also an accomplished author.
