My name’s Lawson Wallace. I’m a writer, content creator, and YouTuber. I’m also working on a book. I’m writing my memoir. It’s about my brief time homeless, what led up to it, and how I escaped. I talk about societal issues in my stories, podcasts, and videos.

 My writing can be found on WordPress, Medium, and Substack. I write about Learning Disabilities and Homelessness. I have overcome challenges, and I document those challenges and how I overcame them, or not.

  My YouTube channel originally was for promoting my writing, but has evolved into a site where I give advice to young men. It’s a role I take seriously. It’s an awesome responsibility I embraced.

  I have wanted to write a book for as long as I can remember. I took an online creative writing course and discovered a talent for writing fiction. I still write fiction, but my focus has shifted to writing content.

  My memoir has been a work in progress for several years. It dawned on me that I  needed more than a memoir. I learned life lessons over the past twenty years. I built a YouTube channel on those lessons. I will incorporate those lessons in the book.

I would like to pivot into public speaking, and I want to be a guest on podcasts. Giving a TED Talk would be terrifying, so I have to do it. My success on YouTube and the comments I receive on my writing have encouraged me to dream big. A whole new world is opening up for me, and I want to explore every inch of it.

In my free Substack newsletter, I share updates on my writing projects, and I post links to my YouTube videos. I write a lot about science. I also share my opinions and anecdotes from my past and my marriage. I don’t have a niche yet.
