With cyber threats looming large, choosing companies that prioritize your control over your information is essential. Secure options now allow you to limit access or delete data, offering more peace of mind.

Fifteen years ago, wearing my technology and science hats, I took a leap into the world of DNA testing thanks to a friend and a mentor with an exceptional background in genetic engineering. That decision opened the door to understanding myself in ways I never expected. 

My first test was a delightful surprise. It revealed that my heritage was far more diverse than my parents had told me. This newfound knowledge not only connected me to a rich history but also gave me insight into how my genes might influence my behavior and health.

One of the biggest benefits I received from the test was dietary recommendations tailored to my ancestral background. After making these adjustments, I noticed a remarkable boost in my overall well-being. This was just beyond numbers; it was about feeling better every day.

Like many, I initially had concerns about privacy and the accuracy of results.
