I wrote a post on Medium about my matcha routine in which I detail my process for mindfully creating and enjoying a matcha latte.
I always try to slow down and really take in the process of making it, being as mindful as I can so I can enjoy each step of the process. When I take my time, the process of making matcha can be so relaxing and enjoyable. And being mindful while I drink it really helps me enjoy the delicious flavor to the fullest.
I think it’s so important to have meditative activities in our routines to help us practice mindfulness because mindfulness is such an important skill in life.
