Gratitude is about noticing the good things, even on the hard days. For me, gratitude has been a game-changer. It has helped me shift focus from what I do not have to what I do, even in the most challenging moments.
This Thanksgiving, I am reflecting on those little things that made all the difference: a smile from a stranger, the warmth of coffee on a chilly morning, or the friend who stuck around when I needed them most. Gratitude turns ordinary moments into something meaningful.
In my latest story, I talk about:
- How gratitude can make us healthier and happier (yes, science backs this up!).
- Easy ways to bring more gratitude into your daily life—no big effort required.
- Stories from my life and others that might just spark a little gratitude in you too.
Gratitude is not about ignoring the tough stuff; it is about finding something good in the middle of it. This Thanksgiving, I hope you will pause for a moment and think about what you are thankful for.
