I had just been promoted to lead mental health services across multiple schools when I got the call: my son was hospitalized.
Within weeks, crisis followed crisis. When I asked for time, I was told I should have scheduled it in advance.
This is my first blog post here, and I will share my stories soon. I recently started writing on Medium.
