Business Innovation Case Study for Creators, Freelancers, Book Authors, Professionals, and Startups Contributing to Digitalmehmet Content Ecosystem: Why I’m Rebranding Substack Boost Pilot as Neurostrategic Digital Authority Building Initiative at Global Scale for 2027
Curator’s Note: The post discusses the rebranding of the Substack Boost Pilot into the Neurostrategic Digital Authority Building Initiative, aimed at enhancing visibility and support for creators, freelancers, book authors, and startups. The shift is based on insights from a pilot phase, which revealed that many participants operate across multiple platforms and need structured support rather than isolated efforts. The initiative emphasizes a balanced model combining commercial and altruistic elements to foster inclusivity while maintaining quality. To facilitate global scaling for 2027, an initial funding of AU$50,000 is sought to develop educational programs and marketing systems that ensure sustainable growth and influence for participants. This cornerstone essay was written by Dr Mehmet Yildiz, who coined the term “Neurostrategic Digital Authority Building” and wrote a book about it.
Building global visibility with intelligence, trust, and human connection.

When ethical creators rise together, entire communities become smarter, stronger, and more hopeful. The future belongs to trusted voices supported by intelligent and innovative communities.
In this story, I will explain why I am evolving my Substack Boost Pilot into a broader initiative called Neurostrategic Authority Building, what I learned during the 12-month pilot phase, and how this change will better serve creators, freelancers, book authors, professionals, and startups who seek sustainable growth and meaningful influence.
Before I explain the shift, I want to acknowledge a reality countless creators, freelancers, book authors, and startups face every day. For example:
Creators produce valuable work with hard work yet struggle to gain consistent visibility and to monetize their creations.
Freelancers deliver high-quality services yet struggle to translate their efforts into stable income due to lack of structure and authority.
Book authors publish meaningful ideas yet see their books fade after a short promotional window because of lack of community support.
Startup founders build promising solutions yet face a credibility gap when trying to earn trust in crowded markets.
Across all these groups, I see a common pattern: Effort is high, intention is strong, yet outcomes feel fragmented and dissatisfying.
Many try to solve this by increasing activity, such as posting more, engaging in more platforms, using more tools, and doing more experiments.
Over time, this unproductive approach creates cognitive overload and strategic confusion. Instead of building authority, they end up managing complexity.
This is the environment in which I designed and introduced the Substack Boost Pilot program. When I launched the pilot, my intention was clear, mainly targeting creators on Substack. I wanted to support those creators in gaining visibility, building momentum, and strengthening their presence on a platform I value.
The early results were encouraging. Founding members engaged deeply, and many paid participants reported meaningful improvements in reach, confidence, and clarity. However, as I observed participation patterns more closely, a more important insight emerged, which I will discuss in this story.
A large majority of participants were already active across multiple platforms. These included Substack, Patreon, Medium, Beehiiv, Kit, Vocal Media, and others.
Their creative and professional lives were not confined to a single content ecosystem. They were operating in a distributed environment where authority is formed across interconnected channels.
This observation led to a critical realization.
If creators build identity, income, and relationships across platforms, then limiting support to a single platform creates an artificial boundary. It offers partial value but does not reflect how modern authority is formed, sustained, and recognized.
This was an aha moment for me, and it’s where this shift begins.
Neurostrategic Digital Authority Building expands the original vision into a more complete and practical framework.
It will bring together cognitive science, neurobiology, strategic thinking, and disciplined execution to help creators build authority that is consistent, portable, resilient, and sustainable.
Authority, in this context, is grounded in three sustainable elements: attention, trust, and memory. Attention allows ideas to be noticed. Trust allows them to be accepted. Memory allows them to sustain.
These elements interact continuously, influencing and impacting how individuals and organizations are perceived over time.
During my years of studying cognition and working with professionals across industries, I have seen a consistent pattern. Those who build sustainable authority align their message, behavior, and presence with how the human mind processes information.
They do not rely on short-term tactics, but they apply principles that remain stable even as platforms change or disappear.
The pilot phase confirmed this in practice.
Participants who worked with clarity of intent, consistency of message, and respect for their audience’s cognitive capacity made deeper, more sustainable progress than those focused only on short-term visibility.
Visibility tools still matter, but their role shifts from foundational to supportive.
Rebranding this initiative reflects a commitment to that deeper foundation. At the same time, this initiative introduces a balanced and sustainable model to support the community behind it.
It will operate as a smart commercial arm connected to our broader altruistic community activities. The structure is intentional.
As illustrated in the following diagram, a portion of founders, paying members, and sponsors will support a larger group of members who may not yet have the financial capacity to access professional guidance and marketing services.
This design and implementation approach maintains inclusivity while ensuring quality, continuity, and professional standards.
Why a Pure Altruistic or Full Commercial Approach Can Be Problematic
I have observed that communities built entirely on free access struggle to be sustainable. Fully monetized commercial systems, however, limit reach and exclude emerging talent. A balanced model allows both access and continuity to coexist.
Neurostrategic Authority Building includes Substack as an important tool and platform. At the same time, it supports integrated strategies across multiple platforms.
This service will connect content creation with consulting, coaching, education, and community support, recognizing that sustainable influence is built through coordinated systems rather than isolated actions.
For creators and freelancers, this means moving from scattered efforts to structured systems that reduce cognitive load and improve clarity.
For book authors, this means extending the life of their ideas beyond the launch cycle into ongoing relationships and intellectual positioning.
For professionals, this means turning expertise into visible authority that supports career progression and thought leadership.
For startups, this means building credibility that earns trust before scaling attention, which is essential for long-term growth.
This shift reflects a reality many are already experiencing but have not yet fully defined.
Why I’m Targeting an AU$50,000 Jumpstart Fund to Build This Initiative and Prepare It for Global Scaling in 2027

At this stage, the direction and strategy are clear and have been validated through real participation by around 350 founding members and 9 early philanthropic sponsors. What is required now is structured execution at scale.
To establish Neurostrategic Authority Building as a sustainable and impactful initiative, I am seeking initial funding of $50,000. This funding is required to move the initiative from a successful pilot to a fully operational ecosystem that supports its stakeholders.
This investment will enable tangible outcomes in the first phase. For example:
It will support the development of structured educational programs that help participants build authority with clarity across platforms.
It will establish coordinated marketing systems for visibility, allowing participants to grow without managing fragmented tools and disconnected strategies.
It will enable mentoring and strategic guidance for dedicated members who need direction to convert effort into measurable progress.
It will create sponsored access pathways so that talented individuals can participate based on potential rather than financial capacity.
It will also provide the operational stability required to maintain quality, consistency, and long-term impact.
In practical terms, this means more creators gaining structured visibility, more authors sustaining their influence, more professionals converting expertise into authority, and more startups building trust with confidence in the digital world.
This is where contribution becomes measurable impact.
An Invitation to Build This Global Initiative Together
Some of the most thoughtful voices remain unheard because they lack systems, support, and structured visibility.
This initiative aims to change that. The pilot has demonstrated the need. The model is clear. The next phase depends on those who see the value early and choose to support it.
If you believe authority should be built on trust, clarity, and meaningful contribution, this is an opportunity to help influence and shape that future.
Your support helps establish a system where visibility is structured, authority is sustainable, and opportunity is more accessible.
If this vision aligns with your thinking, I invite you to take a direct step.
Support the initiative, become part of the founding group, or share it with others who value intelligent and ethical growth.
The future will belong to those who build trust with intention and sustain it with clarity.
The question is: Will you observe this innovative change, or will you help build it?
I created a funding page to invite early supporters.
This is my first time using this resource. Early supporters mentioned that GoFundMe organizations add tips for their staff members, but it is not mandatory, so you can change that option during the process as you prefer.
No matter how small the fundraising contribution is, every contributor will receive a complimentary digital copy of my new four-set combo book, 4 Platform Mastery Bundle for Substack, Patreon, Medium, & Vocal Media: A Practical Guide to Building Audience, Authority, & Income with Neurostrategic Digital Authority Building.

I will also offer a free membership to the service for those who become early supporters of this program, and give free access to my education program called Neurostrategic Digital Authority Building: How Scholars and Business Executives Turn Expertise into Lasting Influence, a part of Tier 6 service of my Patreon Consultancy and Coaching mastery level program.
For those unfamiliar with the term and concept, I defined it in a comprehensive story:
